SkinfieAI is a skincare and wellbeing app published by Neurivue (“we”, “us”). Contact: https://tokenkart.com/projects/ · skinfieai.com.
SkinfieAI runs almost entirely on your device. We do not operate a backend that receives or stores your personal content. Your API keys, routines, progress, reminders, and emergency contacts are saved in your device’s local storage and never transmitted to us.

When you run a skin analysis, your image and prompt are sent to the AI provider you chose and configured with your own key. That provider processes the request under their privacy policy and terms, which we don’t control. Please review the policy of whichever provider you use (e.g. Google, OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, etc.). We recommend reading their data-retention terms before use.

You can change or revoke any permission anytime in your device Settings.
SkinfieAI is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum digital-consent age in your region). It is not directed at young children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Because your data lives on your device, you control it. To erase everything, clear the app’s data/storage in your device Settings, or uninstall the app. There is no server-side copy for us to delete.
Data stays in your device’s sandboxed storage. Network calls (to your chosen AI and to maps) use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but by not collecting your data centrally, we remove the biggest risk entirely.
SkinfieAI provides informational and cosmetic-wellbeing guidance only. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. The medSOS emergency feature is a convenience tool, not a guaranteed emergency service — in a real emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change. Significant changes will be noted in the app or on our website.
